Job Description

• Team leadership (creating work schedules, conducting employee interviews, etc.)
• Practice organization and administration using medical billing software CB10
• Consultation assistance including assistance with minor surgical procedures
• Fully digital X-ray
• Laboratory, ECG, spirometry, 24h blood pressure, infusions, etc.
• Medication management

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or Practice Coordinator FA
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Organizational strength, pronounced customer orientation, and high quality awareness
• Flexibility and resilience
• Good PC skills and enjoyment of administrative tasks
• Further training in dose-intensive X-ray desired
