The Salome Brunner Foundation is committed to around 300 children and adolescents with speech development disorders and learning difficulties. With our various schools, we see ourselves as an important part of the educational landscape of the Canton of Bern. As a future-oriented foundation, we specifically develop our offerings together with our employees. The Langenthal-Oberaargau Speech Therapy School is a special public school for children with a complex speech acquisition disorder and currently comprises 3 classes in cycle 1. Changes are planned for the 26/27 school year, including the opening of another class and probably a move, possibly leading the school at two locations. Tasks

- Personnel, pedagogical, and organizational/administrative management of the Langenthal-Oberaargau Speech Therapy School - Leadership of around 15 people during upcoming change processes as well as in pedagogical development in coordination with the Head of Integrative Pedagogy - Advising and supporting the interdisciplinary team (teaching, therapy, lunch service) - Promoting a motivating school culture - Subproject management regarding expansion and relocation - Participation in development projects in the areas of pedagogy, ICT, QMS, etc. - Possible deputy for the Head of Integrative Pedagogy

Requirements

You... - lead goal- and solution-oriented; you live with a positive attitude, meet people with appreciation, and provide them with orientation and security. - have a pedagogical basic education with several years of professional experience. - are qualified as a principal or are willing to undertake leadership training. - can flexibly respond to different situations and examine new possibilities and solutions with foresight and openness. - are networked in the Oberaargau region or can build this network. - enjoy collaboration at various levels and actively contribute. - have a structured and goal-oriented way of working.
