Your Tasks
- Support and representation of the team management in the area of payroll accounting / salary accounting
- Professional guidance of the team as well as ensuring smooth processes
- Independent and timely payroll accounting for a defined area
- Timely reports to health insurance companies (DEÜV), tax offices, and social security agencies
- Maintenance and management of payroll-relevant master data
- Participation in monthly and annual closing tasks
- Preparation and support of wage tax and social security audits
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in human resources or payroll accounting
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in healthcare
- Confident handling of payroll systems (e.g., LOGA or comparable tools)
- Sound knowledge of tax, labor, and social security law
- High level of communication and leadership skills
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
