In this versatile key position, you are directly at the heart of the company. You work closely with the management and are responsible for our development projects from site acquisition through zoning to realisation.

Your tasks:

• You discover the locations of tomorrow: You recognise the potential of plots during acquisition and thus lay the foundation for our next successful projects.
• You create the basis for good architecture: You design and coordinate architectural competitions, study commissions and zoning plan procedures and guide the participants in a structured way through the process – from the task definition to the convincing result.
• You make potentials visible: You independently prepare feasibility and potential studies, analyse the structural and economic possibilities of a location and present the results clearly, understandably and convincingly.
• You give our visions a form: From an initial idea, you develop a convincing usage and preliminary project concept, work hand in hand with architects and specialist planners and refine it until profitability, quality and sustainability perfectly interplay.
• You pave the way to building permission: You safely guide our projects through the approval process, maintain contact with authorities and landowners and ensure with tact that paper soon becomes concrete, wood or stone.
• You turn plans into a home: You take over project management from planning to construction execution, keep costs, deadlines and quality under control and are the central contact person for our investors.

What you bring:

• A university degree in architecture (ETH/FH or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in a dynamic environment in real estate or project development
• An independent, structured way of working with a high awareness of quality
• Sound knowledge of Swiss building and planning law as well as approval procedures
• Experience with ArchiCAD and/or Vectorworks
• Confident German in spoken and written form, additional languages such as English or French are a plus
• Negotiation skills and confident appearance towards authorities, planners and investors
