Your Contribution
- You conduct recourses according to agreements and legal situation in German, especially in the sectors of accident insurance (including medical liability) and, if applicable, in property insurance / occupational pension scheme. If you also speak French or Italian, we are very pleased – but this is not a must
- You create and review liability damage calculations using Leonardo
- You enjoy negotiating purposefully and conduct collective recourse meetings in addition to everyday negotiations
- You enjoy modern recourse detection and processing and contribute to recourse projects if interested
- You have the opportunity to participate in internal training and further education
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have successfully completed a law degree or have a career in insurance with several years of experience in complex damage cases; a lawyer's license is an advantage
- You have solid knowledge of liability and recourse law, whether in personal and/or property damage. Know-how in social insurance law is a plus
- You enjoy negotiating with insurers and other parties and have assertiveness
- You have excellent German skills. French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- You are a team player and characterized by high social competence
