Clerk CMSM (m/f/d)
Opfikon, 80-100%
This is what you do:
- You support the commercial management as well as the Real Estate Site Manager in all administrative matters within the portfolio to be managed as well as in the rental of different types of use
- Telephone and written contacts with tenants, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities are also part of your duties
- You check applications, are responsible for obtaining references and for drawing up rental contracts for ancillary objects
- You plan, conduct and follow up on apartment viewings
- You check, post and process various payments, invoice creditor invoices further and create debtor invoices
- You prepare and monitor reports such as sales reports and parking revenues
This is why you succeed:
- You have a commercial basic education and at least 3 years of commercial professional experience (further training and experience in the real estate sector are an advantage)
- You have confident German and English skills in spoken and written form (French spoken is an advantage)
- You have good MS Office user skills
- You are a team player and work independently as well as in a structured manner
- Your flexible, resilient and customer-oriented personality with a lot of initiative characterizes you
