Home Assistance is a care, help and home services organization (OSAD) accredited by the General Directorate of Health (DGS) and offering recognized care services covered by health insurance funds.

Our specialty is to establish a personalized relationship with our clients by offering home care involving a limited number of caregivers and respecting their lifestyle and the agreed visit schedule.

Your mission consists of…

• Providing care and adapted support to patients living in the region of

Lausanne and its surroundings.

• Showing tolerance, patience, and availability.
• Performing all required basic care.
• Favoring a holistic approach to the person by listening to the patient’s needs and

being attentive to their emotional comfort.

• Collecting and transmitting observations related to situations.

Your profile includes the following assets

• 120-hour Swiss Red Cross certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Good level of French.
• Holder of a driving license.
• Motivated by contact with the elderly and home care.
• Calm, patient, smiling, attentive.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Residence in the Lausanne region.
• Ability to handle difficult and repetitive emotional situations, react quickly with calm and self-control;
• Organizational skills, ability to manage time and priorities.
