The Office for Economic Affairs of the Liechtenstein National Administration (www.avw.llv.li) is responsible for the areas of economy and labor. We oversee the topics of trade, location promotion and innovation, working conditions, goods traffic, intellectual property law, energy, as well as casino supervision. In addition, we are responsible for job placement and unemployment insurance.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Analysis and structured documentation of business requirements in close coordination with departments and specialist areas
- Translation of technical and legal needs into precise and functional IT specifications
- Leadership and active participation in cross-departmental and cross-office digitization projects
- Assumption of coordinating IT and data protection tasks of the office
- Management and continuation of the internal control system ICS
- Conducting organizational analyses and accompanying organizational development projects
Qualifications
You are particularly characterized for this position by:
- Higher education in the field of business informatics/business administration/organizational development (university and/or university of applied sciences degree) or comparable education
- Organizational talent with a high degree of initiative and motivation to conceive new solution approaches
- Experience in process modeling, ideally with corresponding training/continuing education
- Structured, independent, and systematic way of working
- German and English skills (business fluent)
