Carpenter – Timber Construction Foreman 100%

Activities

Management and organization of construction sites in timber construction
Work on the construction site, combined with leadership and coordination
Leading and motivating a team of skilled workers and apprentices
Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
Contact person for construction management and customers on site
Assignments in new construction, extensions, conversions, and renovations

Requirements

Training as a carpenter EFZ with further training as a timber construction foreman
Professional experience in timber construction, ideally already in a leadership role
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Enjoy working with people and wood
Driver's license category B (forklift license is an advantage)
