For our New Construction Department in the Zurich region, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a committed Project Manager (m/f/d). Whether residential construction, commercial properties, or complex infrastructures – Implenia realizes new buildings with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. From the initial idea to turnkey handover, we rely on integral solutions, innovative methods such as BIM and Lean Construction, as well as cooperative collaboration. With solid experience and state-of-the-art technology, we create pioneering buildings.

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for the economic achievement of new construction projects in the Zurich region – from tendering to commissioning – while adhering to quality, deadlines, and costs
• Independent operational project management considering all safety, scheduling, and quality requirements
• Close cooperation with subcontractors, suppliers, planners, and authorities
• Contact person for clients, business partners, and other stakeholders
• Technical leadership and promotion of the site managers in your team
• Ensuring transparent communication and seamless documentation
• Regular reporting to the team leader

Why you succeed

• Completed training as a project manager, TS technician, architect, or civil engineer
• 2–5 years of experience in managing new construction projects
• Independent management of complex construction sites
• Experience in the technical leadership of up to five site managers
• Entrepreneurial mindset, assertiveness, and high social competence
• Familiarity with the general contractor environment
