Team Leader Plate Production (a) 100%
Your area of responsibility
- Technical and organizational leadership of the area including detailed planning of personnel and machine resources
- First point of contact for employees on technical, organizational, and operational issues
- Work at multi-axis machining centers and cleaning systems (at least 50% operational activity)
- Manage the production island according to lean principles
- Support the introduction of new products, processes, and systems as well as immediate reporting of deviations in quality, process stability, and performance
- Ensure the product quality of the manufactured implants according to internal and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for the training of employees in the area, including apprentice training
- Responsible for uniform and complete document management (programs, tool management, maintenance, etc.)
Your qualifications
- Technical vocational training (precision mechanic or toolmaker / polymechanic) with a professional certificate
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned training professions is an advantage
- Knowledge of CNC machines (Heidenhain is an advantage)
- Knowledge in CAD/CAM is an advantage
- Precise working method
- Willingness for further training and education
- Excellent communication and delegation skills
- Entrepreneurial and holistic thinking
