As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Room allocation, welcoming and check-in of guests
- Obtaining and verifying payment guarantees
- Accompanying guests to their rooms and supporting them during their stay; farewells at check-out
- Receiving and handling or forwarding complaints
- Billing for departing guests
- Leading a shift
- Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the above-mentioned area as well as initial leadership experience desirable
- Positive charisma, professional appearance, and a well-groomed appearance
- High degree of initiative and motivation and a convincing and winning demeanor
- Very high service and guest orientation
- Advanced knowledge in handling the hotel software Opera and good MS Office skills
- Very good German and good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
