Management Assistant (Geneva)
Within our Geneva office, we are looking for a Management Assistant to support our High Net Worth Families team. You will be part of a dynamic team and work closely with private bankers. You will need to provide quality services to clients and ensure smooth processes.
YOUR MISSION:
- Actively and efficiently support bankers in monitoring client files, particularly the daily management of balances, administrative suspenses (i.e. remediations, BRS, etc.), account openings, as well as preparing visits.
- Provide information on portfolios (including preparation of monthly or ad-hoc account statements) and transactions, as well as process transfer orders, stock exchange orders, and securities transactions, managing client balances.
- Write activity reports and support bankers in preparing customized reports.
- Respond effectively to client requests and expectations, maintaining excellence and professionalism in our client service.
- Contribute to the team's commercial initiatives by preparing investment reports and tailored presentations, and assisting in organizing events and marketing initiatives.
- Develop an internal network for efficient handling of client requests.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Economic or banking education or equivalent related to the financial field (HEC, HEG).
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the banking sector, ideally in a similar role.
- Fluency in French and English (any other language is an asset).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of the range of services of a private bank (lombard credit, portfolio management, life insurance, etc.).
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, service spirit, and sense of confidentiality. Ease and interest in client contacts.
- Rigorous, curious, proactive, autonomous, strong attention to detail, multitasking, and able to prioritize.
- Pleasant character, very good ability to work in a team and network, demanding. Strong stress resistance.
- Residence in Switzerland.
