Sr. Material Handler / Sr. Warehouse Employee / Team Leader

Summary of the role:

As a Senior Material Handler, you take on a technically coordinating key role in managing the Clinical Label Services warehouse. You control and coordinate the preparation of goods for print orders, including the check-in and check-out of labels, booklets, and consumables, ensuring timely material availability for production. As a technical contact person in daily operations, you support the supervisor in operational coordination and ensure smooth coordination between the warehouse, production, and relevant interfaces.

Your tasks:

· Operational coordination of the warehouse team in daily business as well as support in task distribution

· Support in prioritizing material flows according to production planning

· Recording of labels, booklets, and consumables in the system

· Ensuring timely and quality-compliant provision of goods to be printed

· Technical contact for material processes in daily business

· Support in onboarding new employees in the operational environment

· Cleaning and maintaining warehouse areas

GMP-compliant documentation of performed tasks

· Active participation in process improvement

· Working in a day shift model

Your profile:

· Training in logistics or several years of professional experience in a warehouse environment

· Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is an advantage

· Good German skills in spoken and written form (English skills are an advantage)

· Experience with computers / basic knowledge of common MS Office applications

· Responsibility, independent working

· Initiative, flexible and a team player
