With investigative skill and assertiveness, you investigate suspicions of financial market law violations by licensed financial institutions
- Conducting enforcement preliminary investigations against FINMA-licensed financial institutions as well as natural persons suspected of violations of financial market law
- Financial market law analysis of the established facts and shaping the practice
- Close cooperation with the departments responsible for FINMA's supervisory and licensing activities
- Drafting decision bases and representing proposals in decision-making bodies
- Contact with domestic and foreign authorities (especially domestic criminal authorities and foreign financial market supervisory authorities)
- Completed law degree
- Interest in financial market law issues and initial professional experience in the financial sector
- High-level written and oral proficiency in German (C2) as well as good English and French skills
- Investigative interest and skill
