As a Product GTM Calendar and Planning Lead, you will lead the development and execution of product creation calendars, encompassing strategic timelines, critical deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies. You will also drive the implementation of innovative creation concepts, including short lead time initiatives, and optimize relevant tools and user interfaces (primarily Smartsheet). Operating in a dynamic environment, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful progression of product creations from initial concept to final commercialization.
Your Mission
- Define and manage comprehensive product creation calendars from project inception through retail launch.
- Participate in key milestone meetings with executive leadership, ensuring decisions are made, information is disseminated with clear next steps, while safeguarding the critical path.
- Foster strong collaboration with many cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, Development, Materials, and Sourcing, to secure essential input and maintain calendar accuracy.
- Oversee project documentation and provide regular, insightful reporting to key stakeholders.
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance product-specific and short lead time planning processes, accelerating the time-to-market for new product briefs.
- Develop strategic project roadmaps, establish clear and measurable deliverables, and implement effective shared access management tools.
