Our "Development" area manages the heart of Finnova, our core banking software. Part of this area is the "PMS" team, which is developing a modern solution for all aspects of portfolio management for our banks. • actively participating in the PMS leadership team to take our PMS solution to the next level
• the technical leadership of a Scrum team according to agile principles and taking responsibility for the product backlog of one of our two PMS Scrum teams (from implementing the roadmap to maintenance)
• actively contributing to the product strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with product management
• customer presentations, product forums, or sounding group meetings with banks
• actively maintaining relationships with our external and internal stakeholders

• with your open and transparent, team-oriented personality
• with your several years of experience in IT and project management, preferably in product or technology transformations
• with your solid know-how in investment processes and experience in portfolio management, retirement (focus on 2nd and 3rd pillars) as well as the associated solution offerings (from banks)
• through a completed higher education in business, computer science, finance, or several years of professional experience with corresponding further education
• through your experience with agile methods like Scrum and with your language skills in German at C1 level and at least B1 in English
