Project Specialist 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-molded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.

What you can achieve:

Coordination of several overarching projects in the operational and productive environment to ensure the strategic overall goals

Technical leadership of the project team leaders as well as control and supervision of external service providers

Independent planning and management of complex, extensive operations projects – from initiation through implementation to successful deployment

Active risk and escalation management including development of solution proposals, decision-making in project conflicts, and definition of appropriate measures in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Proactive project controlling and transparent reporting to ensure project goals regarding quality, costs, resources, documentation, and deadlines

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements, standards, and guidelines as well as protection of intellectual property

Active support and accompaniment of change processes within the organization

What you bring with you:

Several years of experience in project management of complex, cross-departmental projects

Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

Confident handling of project management methods and tools (classic, agile, hybrid)

Very good understanding of corporate strategies and business processes

Strong leadership and management skills (without necessarily having disciplinary leadership)

Very good analytical and conceptual skills, strong structuring and prioritization abilities

Excellent communication and moderation skills, resilient, assertive, and decisive
