We are looking for an
Operations Employee with Administrative Additional Tasks 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Preparing meals at the buffet as well as serving the menu are among your main tasks
- Depending on the need, you also take over the operation of the cash register, including daily closing
- You ensure a smooth process by preparing the buffet and guest area through mise en place
- As a contact person for our guests, you competently answer their questions and concerns
- Refilling materials, tidying up, and general cleaning tasks are done reliably and carefully by you
- In administrative tasks such as budget overview, personnel administration, and accounting, including goods receipts, delivery note control, and cash expenses, you actively participate and ensure precise processing
- You additionally support the operations management and represent them in their absence
- You professionally organize and conduct internal and external events
- Monday - Friday 06:00 - 15:00
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as EBA - Service and ideally have further training in the commercial field
- You have professional experience in gastronomy or the service sector, e.g., in service or sales, which is an advantage; ideally, you have cash register experience
- As a host personality with a team-oriented and efficient working style, you convince with your winning appearance as well as an organized and solution-oriented working method
- With a team-oriented and efficient working style, you ensure high quality
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form.
- A spotless record is required
