Our Lincoln, NE location is seeking a part-time Lab Technician / Associate Analyst to join our team. This role is a part-time, non-benefited position. The starting wage is $19/ hr, with potential increases over time with successful performance. You will work between 20-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Process/extract biological samples (blood, urine, plasma, feces) both manually and using automation
Prepare solutions/reagents
Record and document test data in notebooks/binders/electronic notebooks
Perform analytical analysis of samples using chromatography (LC-MS/MS and HPLC) or ligand-binding techniques (ELISA, RIA, EIA and PCR)

- Associate’s degree, Bachelor's degree or 2 years of previous coursework in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or a related field
- Strong exposure to pipetting; will pipette an average of 2-3 hours per day, at times up to 8 hours
- Experience with GLPs is a plus
- Basic computer skills; able to read and enter information via computer 50% of the shift
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
- Work 3 days per week, 8 hours a day, beginning work between 7am and 10am
- Days of the week can be selected based on your preference; days should be consistent
- Ability to work an occasional extra shift, when needed
