• Responsible for implementing the company strategy at the sales front
• Responsible for results regarding sales, costs, and profit in your extensive sales region
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of store managers
• Implementing the customer loyalty program as well as the merchandising concept
• Coordination, support, and assistance with new openings and renovations
• Ensuring the flow of information
• In your area, you secure, improve, and monitor a purposeful and goal-oriented organization
• Attractive management conditions

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position
• Professional experience as well as completed further training in Swiss retail (sales manager or retail specialist) or comparable education
• Very good German skills
• Front-oriented sales personality (hands-on mentality) who thinks and acts in a networked and business-oriented manner
• Goal-oriented, communicative, and responsible leader with a professional appearance and high sense of responsibility
• Affinity for pets
