Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF Dementia (40 - 100%)
To complete our motivated team on our dementia ward, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
What awaits you at süssbach:
- Daily responsibility on the ward
- Responsibility for the nursing process
- Maintaining nursing documentation including RAI recording
- Consultation and instruction of residents and their relatives
- Preparation and execution of medical rounds
- Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Co-responsibility in mentoring trainees
- Assistance in developing, implementing, and evaluating standards and concepts
- Night watch (by arrangement)

- Completed nursing training HF (DNI, DNII, AKP, FaLB)
- Experience in long-term care, especially in the field of dementia
- Knowledge and experience with RAI (advantageous)
