For our Steinacker care, we are looking for a social pedagogue starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement. You will supervise groups of children, work during 39 school weeks on five days per week, and lead four holiday care weeks (each five days).

Your Tasks

Social pedagogical professional responsibility for the care and support of kindergarten and school children

Professional leadership of five care teams (four full-day groups and one lunch table) currently consisting of three to five employees with and without pedagogical training

Management of the decentralized lunch table on four days as well as deployment in afternoon care.

Interdisciplinary collaboration with parents, school, and specialist offices

Concept and development work together with the care management and group leaders

Your Profile

Degree as social pedagogue HF/FH

Professional experience in social pedagogical work with kindergarten and school-age children

Experience in professional leadership of care teams or interest in taking on these tasks.

Joy and interest in the active further development of the Steinacker school complementary care

Independent and reliable working style, humor, and enthusiasm
