You lead our postproduction – a team of two to three permanent employees and a core team of freelancers.

You are responsible for scheduling in daily business. You ensure that your team members carry out their postproduction tasks with the agreed quality and on time – and that the postproduction as a whole is well utilized.

Are you resilient and work precisely? Then ensuring technically flawless processing and archiving will not be difficult for you. You are used to working flexibly with deadlines and prioritizing several parallel projects sensibly.

Do you strive for creative excellence? Can you do it better than we could before you? Great – get involved and further develop our postproduction!

You bring a lot with you: You have been leading postproduction and/or production departments of film or media productions for over five years. In doing so, you have acquired a solid understanding of postproduction workflows, software, and hardware. Your work computer has up-to-date software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve) and licenses – you have worked with them yourself for several years. And that was not that long ago. You are simply a bit further along and no longer need to get hands-on yourself. Unlike a career changer, you can realistically estimate and coordinate work and time efforts. As an empathetic favorite person, you can motivate teams, lead them, and support your colleagues on their career paths. You are structured and have excellent organizational skills. You manage several projects in parallel and understand how to set the right priorities.

You can do all that. And you do all that. And you will be proud of it. Don’t worry: You are not alone – you have 100 cumulative years of production and business management experience in film production at your side (and a rental contract on the Wollishofer lakeshore).

And who are we? Our film production network consists of Shining Film (commercials), Shining Nice (series, feature films), Seed (audiovisual corporate communication), and Farbfilm (commercials, other cinematic forms).
