- Basic training as FAGE EFZ or FABE EFZ (people with disabilities)
- Ideally several years of professional experience in the psychiatric field
- Advantageous: Professional examination "Psychiatric Care and Support"
- High self- and social competence
- Contemporary IT user skills
- Driver's license category B, ideally own car
