What you can achieve
- You responsibly manage municipal infrastructure projects and/or plant construction projects, especially in the phases of construction project, tender, execution project, and realization
- You coordinate project teams and maintain our long-term customer relationships
- You ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of construction projects
- You work closely with clients, specialist planners, and authorities
- You promote and support younger employees in demanding projects and advocate for the sustainable development of the construction business unit
- Together with the branch management, you are responsible for acquiring new projects and customers
Your skills are
- You have a completed university/fachhochschule degree in civil engineering or have a comparable education
- You possess solid knowledge in project management and coordination
- You are characterized by strong communication skills and teamwork
- You have at least five years of experience in the Swiss construction industry
