Commercial Internship Rental Management Summer 2026 (WMS or Business School)

As an intern, you work in a team and, together with your supervisor, ensure that our customers' properties and their tenants are in good hands. The tasks at Livit are diverse and varied.

• You have frequent telephone contact with tenants, prospective tenants, etc.
• You advise interested parties regarding available rental offers
• You review incoming apartment applications
• You grant rental approvals and prepare rental contracts
• You process property and real estate photos
• You assist in organizing and carrying out rental campaigns (e.g., open house days, etc.)
• You support your supervisor in creating marketing materials (e.g., online and print ads, banners, signs, and brochures)
• You help with initial rental projects

• You have completed the academic part of the commercial/business middle school with good to very good grades
• You have good manners and express yourself fluently in German both orally and in writing
• You are interested in the business processes and contexts in the real estate industry
• You enjoy working with people, are communicative, and like working in a team
• You learn easily and quickly and work reliably
• You are an organizational talent and like to take responsibility
• You are curious and open to changes
• You enjoy applying new technologies and digital tools
