Your new role
Within the Personnel and Law department, you will take on a variety of personnel administrative tasks for the School and Music office. You advise school management and department heads on personnel-related and labor law issues and support the "administrative staff" area in personnel recruitment. In doing so, you also work closely with the central personnel service. Furthermore, you share responsibility for the annual workload calculation of the individual school units and take over the administration of the personnel commission. For the employee group "teachers," you are an important coordination point when it comes to long-term absences.
This position is for you if you
- have a commercial education with further training in human resources
- have several years of professional experience in personnel administration, ideally in the public sector, as well as knowledge of labor law/personnel law
- are skilled in written expression and have good grammar knowledge
- have proficient Office skills and are experienced with current communication channels
- demonstrate a careful, reliable, and independent working style
- consider yourself a loyal and service-oriented personality
