Rather than a typical work routine with rigid tasks and concepts, you can expect project management tasks that require flexibility, organizational talent, and strong communication skills. You will have an overview of all stages and work intensively with customers and internal partners from R&D, marketing, and production - in an interdisciplinary and intercultural manner.

Sales

The use of our high-performance products and solutions for a wide variety of measurement fields requires a foundation of trust. In sales, the focus is therefore on establishing and maintaining good customer relationships. You play the role of a competent contact person for all technical and commercial questions, from processing offers to coordinating projects. Additionally, you can participate in cross-departmental projects.

Supply Chain Management

Purchasing & Logistics

The main tasks of the Purchasing & Logistics division are inventory management, material management and planning, logistical procurement of goods and services, as well as the delivery of products and solutions. Here, you can directly participate in the development and implementation of relevant processes and thus increase the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics, supply chains, material management, and purchasing.

Quality Management

WIKA quality is global and transparent at the international level. Within the matrix process, we certify the quality and environmental management of our subsidiaries and affiliated companies according to established ISO standards. You are responsible for designing and developing the quality management system. Create transparency about the quality level and support the company divisions and affiliated companies regarding quality and process issues.

Production & Maintenance

Technical vocational training offers you several access opportunities within the WIKA group - mechanical, electrical, or electronic. Whatever specialized discipline you choose, after thorough training, you will manufacture state-of-the-art products and solutions. All in a clean environment with ergonomic workstations. But you can also join us in production without vocational training. We appreciate specialists with a wide range of qualifications and experiences eager to grow with us.

Operations

In operations, we organize resources, ensure service delivery, and control value creation. We work together to continuously improve our processes. Here, you can help achieve production goals using explicit strategies. Bring your knowledge of lean production, kaizen, and Six Sigma.

Marketing & Product Management

The range of tasks in marketing is broad, and there are few limits to your creativity - concept development, selection of advertising materials, social media communication, and designing presentations at trade fairs. Translate our technical topics into clear and emotional messages.

In product management, you always need to keep an eye on the market, competitors, and potential customers. You analyze and develop products and participate in designing the product range. You will also ensure that products are updated and replaced by new versions in a timely manner. Besides market positioning, you will also be involved in defining products and prices, working closely with other company sectors.

IT & Business Intelligence

In IT and strategic intelligence, you act as an internal service provider and participate in pioneering digitalization projects. You can apply your expertise to complex tasks and contribute to developing solutions.

Besides hardware and software administration, you will help us benefit from cloud applications. Through data mining and intelligent use of data, you also contribute to automating and improving our processes.

Environmental and Safety Management
