Your missions as a patient relations officer:
- Satisfy and retain patients by personalizing the service offered
- Ambassador and guarantor of the Ardentis Group's image
- Follow patients throughout their care journey
- Ensure patient satisfaction and handle complaints
- Quality control of the reception environment
- Creation and transfer of files between clinics
- Maintain the clinic's visual communication according to Marketing guidelines
- Organize various events in the clinic
- Manage and optimize practitioners' schedules
- Various administrative tasks (emails, letter writing)
Start date: September 2025 or to be agreed
- Training in hospitality, customer relations agent, CFC, CAP, BTS level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a receptionist/hostess position in the tourism sector
- Good command of French (level B2-C2)
- Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level B2-C1)
- Good command of common IT tools (Microsoft Office 365)
- Leadership, able to support and coordinate
- Organizational skills, global vision, ability to take a step back
- Great ease in human relations, in patient service (listening and communication skills)
- Exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, professionalism, dynamism, and availability
- Ability to work alone or in a team
- Ability to assimilate new knowledge
- Certain interest in digitalization
