In our manufactory in Dietikon, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and committed person for the Confectionery Department starting immediately or by arrangement
What you will accomplish with us
You will work in the Confectionery Department in our manufactory in Dietikon and produce our demanding confectionery assortment as part of a team. Your regular working hours are usually Monday to Friday from 6:45 a.m. to approximately 4:00 p.m. A start from 5:00 a.m., occasional Saturday shifts, as well as a shift from 12:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. during the season (September to Easter) should also be possible for you.
Your tasks
- Caramelizing and glazing nuts and kernels
- Producing our exquisite truffles and pralines
- Making our broken and bar chocolate
- Producing and further processing fillings and masses
- Producing seasonal and special products
- Responsible for setting up, preparing, operating, and monitoring the production machines
What we wish for
- Completed apprenticeship as Pastry Chef-Confectioner EFZ or EBA
- Enjoyment of your trained profession as well as working in a team
- Experience in operating equipment with an interest in technical processes
- Consistent adherence to our hygiene regulations
- Precise and quality-conscious working style as well as resilience even in hectic situations
- Mobility and flexibility, especially during the season
- Good physical condition, manual skills, as well as an open and communicative personality
- Good knowledge of German
