The Graubünden Central Emergency Medical Call Center 144 (CES144 GR) organizes and coordinates the rescue of injured and ill persons in the canton of Graubünden. It is a section of the Public Health Office and is housed in the premises of the Central Emergency and Rapid Response Call Center of the Graubünden Cantonal Police in Chur.
For the Central Emergency Medical Call Center 144, we are looking for an administrative officer in charge at the location Ringstrasse 2 in Chur starting July 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Independent management of the secretariat of the Central Emergency Medical Call Center 144
- Responsible for the autonomous organization of the on-call doctors, pharmacies, dentists, and ophthalmologists sector; contact person for the regional service planners of the respective partner organizations; registration and modification of service data in the Central Emergency Call Center management system
- Verification of fixed basic services of ambulance services and on-call doctors agreed upon according to currently valid service agreements; reporting to the Public Health Office
- Annual preparation of the rescue sector data register in Graubünden
- Preparation, sending, and checking of quarterly and annual invoices; contact person for debtors
- "Power user" for the CMI document management system
- Handling correspondence, drafting minutes; general administrative support to the management of CES144 GR
- Commercial training (mandatory AFC)
- Experience in secretarial and assistance tasks as well as minute-taking; works independently, efficiently, and precisely; service-oriented person
- Excellent oral and written command of the German language; knowledge of Italian is desirable.
- Familiarity with the use of IT systems (CMI document management, PELIX management system, etc.); extensive IT knowledge in main MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and, if possible, ICT Advanced-User SIZ diploma.
- Organizational talent, team player, communicative and discreet
- Workload is distributed over the weekdays (Mon-Fri, usually in the mornings)
