- Leading and motivating the team with heart and competence
- Scheduling in a 6-day operation and organizing daily business
- Responsibility for orders, inventory management, and stocktaking
- Preparing budgets, financial statements, and other administrative tasks
- Planning and implementing special events and occasions
- Active participation in the operation – whether in the kitchen, service, or as a host on site
- Completed training in the hospitality industry, ideally with a cooking background (EFZ advantageous)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position
- Strong communication skills: German at C1–C2 level, English at B1–B2 level
- Organized, resilient, and independent working style
- Warm host personality with a hands-on mentality

As part of our team, you will work in shifts – both during the day and in the evening as well as on Saturdays.
