The primary school Wittenbach consists of three school districts, which include a total of 11 kindergartens and 4 primary school buildings with around 850 children and 120 employees.
School social pedagogy will be introduced and established as a new specialist position at the primary school Wittenbach for the coming school year. A total of 100% school social pedagogy is available to the primary school Wittenbach. This is to be managed in job sharing. The workload is understood as annual working time and focuses on the 39 teaching weeks per school year.
For this versatile and responsible task as a school social pedagogue, we are looking for you with the following profile:
- Degree as a social pedagogue FH or HFS; social worker FH or HFS
- Willingness for intra- and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Systemic and resource-oriented attitude
- Flexibility and independence in social pedagogical support
- Team and communication skills as well as empathy
- Enjoyment in working with children, parents, and staff in the school context
As a school social pedagogue, you will be in close contact with the school management and school social work and closely accompany children of primary school age as well as in the transition to secondary school in their personal and social development. You support them specifically in strengthening their self- and social skills as well as their communication and conflict resolution abilities. Your work takes place in individual, group, and class settings primarily during lessons, and if necessary, also in supplementary educational settings.
