Your tasks: * Independently perform inspection tasks and minor repairs * Manage maintenance and upkeep activities * Handle various requests and minor troubleshooting * Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets * Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies * Administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc.) * Manage small repair projects * Maintain green spaces * Perform various cleaning tasks Your profile: * CFC agent with experience in a similar activity * Skilled with hands, capable of performing various tasks * Good experience in administrative and technical management of small construction projects * Mastery of French * Good use of common computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Driver's license required (company car provided) * Autonomous, dynamic, reactive, priority management, good communication * Sense of interpersonal relations and service Ready for us?
