We are looking for a

Childcare Specialist EFZ with a starting workload of 80-100%

Your tasks include

Care and support of mixed-age groups of children (3 months - 3 years)
Accompanying and guiding trainees
Customer-oriented, open, and trusting collaboration with parents
Planning and implementing a varied daily routine, tailored to the individuality of the child and the groups

You bring the following:

Completed basic training as a childcare specialist, completed studies as a social or childhood educator, or similar pedagogical training
Professional and training experience with pronounced self, professional, and social competence
Joy and patience in dealing with children
Commitment, reliability, resilience, and flexibility
You like to contribute new ideas and enjoy creative activities such as
Singing, dancing, telling stories…
