Senior Web Full Stack Developer

Our Digital Agency division supports companies in the area of customer-side digital touchpoints and customer journey. With our team of UX/UI designers, software architects, software engineers, project managers, business analysts, consultants, and DevOps experts, we design, develop, and operate web and mobile applications for our clients. 

Become part of an expert practice that combines project management, user experience, frontend, backend and mobile development, digital marketing, as well as the use of offshore teams (Mauritius, Spain, Italy, Vietnam).

Your tasks

• You contribute to the technical and functional design of the web ecosystem, working closely with project managers, business analysts, UX and creative teams, as well as our internal experts (security, IAM...)
• You develop and maintain websites and applications for our clients: integration, backend development, frontend development
• You participate in our challenging and innovative projects from a technical perspective
• You work closely with our web/PHP development team and our offshore teams (Mauritius, Spain, Italy, Vietnam) and support the professional development of your colleagues
• You contribute to ELCA's digital and web projects, working with PHP content management systems and frameworks (Drupal, Typo3, Symfony...) as well as ideally with modern frontend and mobile frameworks (React, Angular, Flutter,...)
• You participate in sales meetings and client discussions and bring in technical know-how to support the acquisition of new projects

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science, communication systems, or comparable disciplines 
• Solid knowledge of PHP technologies and web frameworks (Symfony, Zend)
• At least 3–5 years of experience in web development with CMS, DXP, and/or eCommerce systems (such as Drupal, WordPress, Pimcore, eZpublish, Joomla, Typo3, Shopify)
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, LESS or SASS)
• Passionate, independent, and proactive working style with strong communication skills
• You see yourself as a T-shaped developer, open to actively shaping adjacent technologies and disciplines
• Fluent in German (native or C2) and English (B2 or better)
