• Conducting quality controls
• Assessment of complaints and findings from production as well as preparation of corresponding reports
• Creation of work instructions
• Conducting or supporting internal audits
• Identifying improvement measures and implementing them in cooperation with the relevant departments
• Maintaining close contacts with the engineering departments of the front plants
• Development of technical improvements and their implementation in production
• Creation of assembly and auxiliary devices
• Creating documents such as production concepts, vehicle concepts, work instructions, and assembly process planning.

• Completed technical training (e.g., engineer, technician)
• Experience in quality management and process optimization
• Confident handling of Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience in rail vehicle construction and service is an advantage
• Good knowledge of standards and guidelines
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
