We are looking for as of May 11, 2026:
Commis Chef at "Joseph's" 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Assisting in the organization and management of a kitchen station
- Supporting the Chef de Partie with all tasks
- Assisting with banquets
- Compliance with and implementation of our HACCP concept at the assigned station
- Monitoring and ensuring quality standards
- Promoting a positive and respectful working atmosphere
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- German language skills are required, English skills are an advantage
- High team spirit and strong sense of responsibility
- Independent working style, flexibility, and resilience
- Team-oriented work with a role model function
