Your challenge
- Support of the Head of Corporate Clients & Loans as well as a Senior Client Advisor in managing demanding key clients in credit matters
- Assistance in personal and virtual client meetings
- Telephone customer contact and handling of specialist topics for direct clarification with the customer
- Review of loan applications, analysis of financial figures, and preparation of loan proposals
- Independent handling of all administrative tasks in daily business
- Participation in projects to expand the scope of duties
Your profile
- Banking or comparable commercial basic training, preferably supplemented by further education in business or banking management
- Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the mortgage or corporate client business of a bank
- Proactive and independent working style with a customer-oriented attitude and high commitment
- Well-groomed and confident appearance with good manners, flexibility, and enjoyment of customer contact
- Proficient use of common MS Office programs, confident German language skills
