The JMS Group is an independent family business in its 4th generation. We are a regionally well-known company in the field of building materials and have a strong market position in the German-speaking part of Switzerland in the field of civil and special civil engineering.

We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a motivated, cheerful sales clerk 50 - 100% for our building materials sector as well as in the administration of technical services.

Your tasks

• Support of the sales manager and independent preparation of offers
• Processing and design of price lists as well as creating statistics
• Management of the department secretariat of the Building Materials & Technology area
• Management of association secretariats in the Building Materials & Technology area
• Checking creditor invoices based on delivery notes
• Creating monthly/quarterly and annual statistics
• Assistance and substitution in the monthly invoicing of gravel/sand/concrete sales
• Management of the reporting system of our vehicle fleet
• Training and supervision of commercial apprentices within the department
• Support in renting our event locations (party ships) with advice, support and offer/invoice processing

Your profile

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in the administrative field is an advantage
• Friendly, courteous, innovative personality with joy in sales and dealing with numbers
• Independent and precise way of working, networked thinking and a high level of commitment
