Restaurant Fredi e A sociable sales & organizational talent with good German skills & confident
appearance e Someone with training & further education in gastronomy as well as several years of service &
leadership experience e Structured & goal-oriented leader
YOUR TASKS e Management of the operational restaurant & bar operations with approx. 10 employees including apprentices e Front management of the restaurant & maintenance of cooperation with the kitchen e Control of quality standards as well as continuous training & promotion of employees e Scheduling, cash register programming (Lightspeed), customer correspondence / reservation management e Control of daily closings & other administrative tasks
