Spitex Obwalden is responsible on behalf of the local municipalities for providing Spitex services throughout the canton of Obwalden. With its 100 employees, it offers services in nursing, psychiatric nursing, housekeeping, as well as mother and father counseling. It cares for and supports 380 clients monthly. Spitex Obwalden is an attractive training company.

Your tasks
- Responsibility for the competent, economical, and contemporary management of a well-coordinated team
- Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration with the entire care chain
- Project work and taking on additional tasks
- Needs assessments with interRAI and taking on nursing assignments
Your profile
- Training as a nursing specialist HF
- Leadership experience or willingness to complete leadership training
- Professional experience in outpatient care is an advantage
- Business management thinking and acting
- Organizational skills and assertiveness
