In our dynamic and versatile medical center located in Corcelles-Cormondrèche, just a few kilometers from Neuchâtel, we provide interdisciplinary care for our patients over an area of more than 900 m2, always focused on quality. About 80 collaborators working in general internal medicine, dermatology and allergology, cardiology, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, and dental medicine work closely together in an interprofessional collaboration. We also maintain an on-call service for outpatient emergencies. Medbase Neuchâtel La Côte values a good balance between professional and private life. It is possible to work part-time in all roles, and the working hours can be arranged flexibly.
Your tasks
- Management of patients' administrative data
- Physical and telephone reception of patients
- Management of emails, schedules, and electronic files
- Management of outpatient care and on-call service
- Insertion of IV lines, an asset
- TARMED billing
- Administrative tasks related to the operation of the medical center
Your profile
- Medical assistant CFC REQUIRED
- Sense of hospitality and service
- Organized and rigorous management
- Knowledge of Mediway software, an asset
- Dynamic and flexible to work in a rapidly expanding center
- Good ability to work in a team
- Excellent stress management, sense of priorities, and adaptability
- Very good oral and written skills in French
