The Battenberg Foundation supports people in integrating into the primary labor market. Whether recipients of disability insurance or unemployed, it promotes their strengths and talents, offers them training and further education opportunities, and accompanies them on their path to the labor market. The bilingual offer in Biel is used by people of all ages from all over Switzerland. Many of them work in our partner companies: for example, in the watch sector, in IT, or in the field of new media.

These are the main tasks

• Professional promotion and education of people with special needs in German and French in the field of horticulture and maintenance.
• You lead a team of 3 – 5 people.
• Administrative tasks related to promotion and education.
• As well as maintaining customer contacts and order acquisition, administration, and planning of customer orders.

What you should bring

• You have a basic education as a gardener EFZ specializing in horticulture and several years of professional experience.
• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary work environment and are communicative, empathetic, and service-oriented.
• Ideally, you have further training in work pedagogy.
• You are a native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language.
• Driving license category B is mandatory
