Your main tasks are
- You organise and coordinate our training courses from A to Z and ensure that everything runs smoothly from planning to follow-up.
- You analyse evaluations, derive valuable insights from them and actively contribute to the continuous development and quality assurance of our course offerings.
- You support specialists in the development of e-learning courses and innovative learning formats and help to create attractive and practical learning opportunities.
- You work actively on projects and contribute your ideas and skills.
- You are the first point of contact for those interested in apprenticeships, degree courses and internships and advise them competently and service-oriented.
- You assist in the planning, organisation and implementation of events for our learners.
You have
- You have completed a commercial basic education or a tertiary-level qualification (HF, FH or university).
- You have experience in organising training courses, courses, events or projects and enjoy efficiently coordinating and successfully bringing together different tasks.
- You work in a structured, independent and service-oriented manner and keep an overview even when several topics demand your attention simultaneously.
- You are interested in digital learning formats and move confidently and competently in the digital working world.
- You communicate clearly, appreciatively and appropriately with different stakeholders.
Viva Luzern Head Office
The Viva Luzern head office is located on the left bank of the Reuss in the lively Bruch district. From here it is only a few steps to the popular old town of Lucerne. The central location allows for lively exchange with the five senior centres. The head office also includes the medical service and physiotherapy departments located in the facilities.
