And we are looking for a Consulting Architect (m/f/d) who can do more than just design good architecture. You lead customers, identify new potentials, and turn technical possibilities into business opportunities. With us, you become the strategic interface for our customers – from the development team to the C-level.

What you need

You are not only a good architect but also an exceptional consulting personality. You are passionate about not just delivering solutions to customers but accompanying and advancing them on their digital journey. Curiosity, business acumen, and the courage to take new paths characterize you.

• At least 5 years of experience in software development and architecture
• Broad technical know-how across various technology stacks (e.g., Kafka, Kubernetes, Public Cloud)
• Proven experience in customer consulting and project management
• Confident appearance from the developer team to management
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic foresight
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least level C1)

What you will do

As a Consulting Architect (m/f/d), you are our "Elevator Architect" – you move effortlessly between all levels and bridge the gap between technology and business.

• Customer consulting & partnerships: You support customers in achieving their business goals in the long term by advising them strategically and building sustainable, trustful cooperation.
• Technical visions & roadmaps: You design technical future scenarios that show the way and translate them into concrete, actionable plans for successful projects.
• Workshops & innovation: You plan and lead workshops and innovation days to foster creativity, develop new solutions, and inspire teams.
• Pre-sales & business potentials: You identify new business opportunities, support sales teams with technical presentations, and thus contribute to business growth.
• Team promotion & implementation: You promote technical excellence through coaching and motivating teams and find the optimal mix of strategic consulting and hands-on project work.
