Your tasks
- Creation of floral arrangements as well as active support in daily business
- Taking on deputy tasks in store management
- Active support in the professional training of our apprentices
- Consulting and caring for our customers for a special shopping experience
Your profile
- Completed training as a florist EFZ
- In-depth expertise combined with proven professional experience
- Team-oriented, resilient and open personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment in promoting and supporting apprentices as well as people with disabilities
- Experience in the work-pedagogical field or interest in corresponding further training
- Confident communication as well as a friendly and professional appearance
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365
