Student Mobility Services is the central contact point for all questions relating to international exchange at the University of St.Gallen. SMS supports outgoing and incoming students, maintains relationships with partner universities worldwide, and coordinates exchange programs. Through information events, individual consultations, and targeted communication measures, SMS contributes significantly to the international orientation and visibility of the HSG.
Your tasks
- Coordinate the integration of the ENGAGE.EU joint certificate programme into all Master's programmes at HSG
- Plan and implement the recruitment, selection, and mobility of HSG students to partner universities as part of the certificate programme
- Facilitate the mobility of incoming students from ENGAGE.EU partner universities for relevant coursework at HSG
- Contribute to the strategic development of the joint certificate programme, helping to shape its long-term goals, positioning within HSG's academic portfolio and alignment with the broader objectives of the ENGAGE.EU alliance
- Support institutional coordination of HSG's participation in ENGAGE.EU, including attending and preparing for alliance management meetings as needed
- Communicate ENGAGE.EU activities and opportunities to students, researchers, and other internal stakeholders

Your profile
- Master's degree and experience in academic programme administration in a higher education setting
- Knowledge of and passion for sustainability related topics
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Independent, precise, and conscientious working style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to working with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for collaboration and communication
- Flexible, proactive, resilient, and a strong team player
- Previous experience and knowledge of HSG would be an advantage
