During your training ...
- You are the contact person for patients in our hospital; you record all important patient data and support the organizational process of patient admission.
- You record incoming payments; monitor payment deadlines of invoices and support colleagues in accounting with daily tasks.
- You take on tasks in the personnel department such as contract creation, recording absences, general correspondence
- You check the data of admitted patients and bill the services with the cost carriers.
- You support quality management during certifications and participate in complaint management.
- You support purchasing in procuring necessary materials, ensuring smooth operations in the company.
- You take care of our social media presence with colleagues in public relations and take on creative projects.
